Terms & Conditions

Last updated 12 August 2026

These terms apply whenever you place an order with HiGHKEY through highkeylab.netlify.app. Placing an order means you accept them, so they are written to be read rather than skipped.

Who we are

HiGHKEY is a clothing retailer based in Butwal, Rupandehi, Nepal. We sell authentic branded garments alongside our own HiGHKEY label. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +977 986-4407104, on Instagram @highkey_lab, or by email at highkeyarchieve@gmail.com.

Products and authenticity

Every branded item we list is genuine. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners; we are a reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official distributor for any of them.

Photographs are of the actual stock wherever possible. Screen colours vary between devices, so a small difference in shade between a photo and the garment is not a fault. Fabric descriptions apply to the specific piece shown, not to the whole catalogue.

Prices and availability

  • All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (Rs) and include any applicable taxes unless stated.
  • Delivery is charged separately by district and is shown before you pay.
  • Where a price is struck through, that is a price we genuinely charged before the offer. We do not invent higher "was" prices.
  • Stock is limited and updates live. Occasionally an item sells out between you adding it to your cart and paying — if that happens we will contact you to swap it or refund it in full.
  • We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch. If the corrected price is higher, you may cancel for a full refund instead.

Multi-buy discount

Our "rotation" discount applies automatically to the goods total: 5% on two pieces, 8% on three, 12% on four or more. It never applies to the delivery charge, and it is calculated on our server from the items actually in your order.

When your order becomes a contract

Adding items to a cart is not an order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order:

  • eSewa or Khalti — when the payment is verified with the provider and your order shows as PAID.
  • Cash on Delivery — when we confirm the order, and where a delivery charge is prepaid, when that prepayment is received.
  • Bank transfer — when we have matched your transfer to your order.

Cancellation

By you

You can cancel any order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched — message us on WhatsApp with your order number. If you have already paid, we refund in full by the method described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but it can still be returned or exchanged under that policy.

By us

We may cancel an order if the item is genuinely out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our courier's reach, if we cannot reach you to confirm a Cash on Delivery order, or if we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Repeatedly refusing delivery of Cash on Delivery parcels may mean we ask for prepayment on future orders.

Your responsibilities

  • Give an accurate name, phone number and address — most failed deliveries are wrong addresses.
  • Be reachable on the phone number you give; couriers call before delivering.
  • Do not use the site to place fraudulent orders or to interfere with how it works.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and for putting things right when they are not. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruption, strikes, natural disasters or network outages — though we will always tell you what is happening and offer a refund where a delay becomes unreasonable.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nepal's consumer protection and electronic commerce law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would always rather sort a problem out directly — message us first.
