Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect when you shop with us, why we need it, and what we do not collect. It is deliberately specific — a privacy policy that lists every imaginable data type tells you nothing.

What we collect

Name, phone number, delivery address	To pack and deliver your order, and so the courier can call you.
Order contents, sizes and totals	To fulfil the order, handle exchanges, and keep the sales record we are required to keep.
Order notes you write	Only to act on what you asked for.
Payment transaction reference	To confirm your payment and to trace it if something goes wrong.

What we never collect or store

We do not have, and cannot see:

• Your eSewa or Khalti password
• Any OTP, MPIN or PIN
• Your full card number, expiry date or CVV
• Your bank login details

When you pay by eSewa or Khalti you are on their page, not ours. They handle the authentication and tell us only whether the payment succeeded, for how much, and its reference number. Nobody at HiGHKEY should ever ask you for a password or an OTP — if someone does, it is not us.

Where it is stored

Order records are stored on our hosting provider's servers (Netlify). The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type reaches us encrypted. A copy of each order is emailed to us so we can work from it day to day.

What stays on your own device

Your cart, your recently viewed items and the shortcut to your order history are kept in your browser's local storage — not on our servers, and not tied to any account. Clearing your browser data clears them. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.

Who else sees your data

• Delivery couriers — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver.
• eSewa / Khalti — payment details you enter directly with them.
• Netlify — our hosting provider, which stores the site and order records.
• Formspree — the service that relays order notification emails to us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, and to handle any later dispute about a purchase. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask us — we will remove what we are not required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message +977 986-4407104 or email highkeyarchieve@gmail.com and we will reply within a few days. Nepal's Privacy Act, 2075 governs how personal information must be handled, and we follow it.

Children

This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
